Summary: We really enjoyed a short break in this beautifully appointed property with its amazing bathroom, very comfortable (high!) bed and excellent kitchen. As an ambulant disabled guest, I appreciated the range of seating available, the easy walk in shower and the space in the bedroom - a couple of grab rails in the bathroom would have put the cherry on the top.The immediately surrounding area is beautiful and interesting with military remnants and foot ferry (open from April) and Sutton Hoo nearby. We loved Felixstowe ( not only a port but a resort too with a nice town centre) and Southwold, a favourite of ours, was an hour away on good roads.We found good food and drink on both seaside piers and at the Friday St farm shop and cafe.
