Situated on the cliffs of southern Mallorca, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this stylishly furnished semi-detached house is located in the peaceful community of Cala Pi, 25 minutes from Palma. The ground floor is an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, desk, bathroom, monolith wood-burning fireplace, and glass sliding doors leading onto a large terrace. The terrace looks over the sea and features a pool (8 meters long, 4 meters wide), lounge chairs, dining table, and barbeque. The property has Internet, digital TV, and a utility room with a washer and dryer. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm) and spacious wardrobes with a private shower and bath. The second double bedroom also has a queen-size bed. Both main bedrooms access a shared balcony through sliding glass doors overlooking the sea. A third bedroom has twin beds and shares a bathroom with a shower and bath. The 4th bedroom, located on the ground floor, features bunk beds, a desk, and a wardrobe. Location: Cala Pi is on the south coast only 20 miles from the airport and is easily found. The property is in a quiet community of established private villas and houses. In the village center, below the Cala Pi Club, there is access to a deep cove with a beach. To the east is Es Trenc, one of the largest and most famous beaches in Mallorca.
Points of interest: There are several bars and restaurants within a short walking distance (open April-October). Each has its own special charm. Also within walking distance is a mini-supermarket (open year-round) that carries essentials including freshly baked breads and croissants. Also in the neighborhood are several small parks for children and public tennis courts. Almost every town in Mallorca has a weekly outdoor market, each held on a different day of the week. The nearest market is in Llucmajor on Friday mornings, where the locals gather in the town square to drink coffee and socialize. The Felanitx market is on Sunday and has a very picturesque center ideal for lunch. Sineu's market is held on Wednesdays. Most markets open early in the morning and are closed by early afternoon. Arenal has a water park. The Cala Pi Club, open April-October, is a five-minute walk from the property. Excursions and taxis can be booked there.
