This cozy condo located at the Riverside Condos is on the Guadalupe River and only moments from downtown New Braunfels, the Comal River and Schlitterbahn! This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo can accommodate 4 guests and has all the comforts of home including smart TV and free internet! The master bedroom has a King bed, and direct access to the bathroom. There is a twin bunk bed (top only) located in the hallway as well as a twin size rollaway cot. The wonderful kitchen has basic cookware and comes with two rolls of paper towels, 2 trash bags, small dish soap, and a sponge. Seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The bathroom has a tub, shower combo and comes stocked with hotel sized amenities. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. This complex has a pool, community charcoal grills and a deck overlooking the Guadalupe river. This condo does not have direct river access for tubing. There is a spiral staircase from the deck behind the pool to the rivers edge. This condo is on the ground floor.
Just a short drive to the Comal River! Rockin R tube rental company is less than 1 1/2 away! Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Close to downtown New Braunfels, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive.
