Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location is nice up on of on the hills surrounding Iringa. It is a 30-40 walk from downtown Iringa. The property has some nice rocks and the rooms are built around and on top of the rocks which I really loved. You have a nice view on the city. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. The atmosphere of the place is friendly and welcoming. The family that runs the place lives on the same property and is very nice. The breakfast was really good and the dinner was tasty too. There is a communal area where there is always coffee and tea available for free and a minibar where other drinks can be purchased. The owner, Aika, is very nice and friendly. After we checked out, she allowed us to leave our luggage in another room and also take a shower after our walk which was highly appreciated.

Negative: The room I stayed in was poorly soundproofed which meant that I heard everything that was going on in the neighbouring room. These were rooms 1 and 2, it might not apply to the other rooms. A small detail: The curtains are not very practical: Whenever they are opened or closed that whole curtain rod will come down as it is not properly fastened on to the fixture in the wall.
