There is a beautiful private pool with Roman steps and a tiled patio with various other seating areas set in large grounds in an elevated position providing stunning views across the Languedoc countryside. There is a sizeable picnic and barbecue area and the villa also has its very own boules terrain. The large open plan kitchen is very well equipped and there is a spacious living area.
