Breakfast, lunch, dinner and most food items. You will need to shop for your own food and cook your meals if you intend to dine at the flat. That said you are likely to find the kitchen stocked with few food items and you are very welcome to help yourselves with them!

3. Additional guest that is not prior approved will be an additional $15. The standard cost for an additional over night guest when booked is only $8.

By law I do need to receive a copy of the passport of all the people that will stay in the apartment. This is for safety reasons. You will be responsible for anything that gets damaged, even though it happened because of someone you invited.
