Positive: Everything was incredible. Our tent had a beautiful sunrise view. At night, we heard the sound of lions and even saw a hippopotamus right in front of our room. From the very first contact, Ignas took great care of us. Paul was our room attendant, always attentive to every detail and provided us with excellent service. The chef was fantastic — all the dishes were delicious, and he personally came to check our opinion at every meal. The staff are always smiling and ready to help, which truly makes all the difference. Our guide and driver, Xafic, went above and beyond to show us the very best of the safari. We saw all the animals, and his experience as a guide is truly exceptional.
