Positive: The apartment is well located between the beach and the city, almost all amenities are nearby. Not that far from the train station if you're traveling by public transport, also there is a bus line that is stopping nearby. Parking is available at the property but is subject to availability, so better to ask before arrival. The building has easy access from the street, and there is an elevator that is serving all floors including the parking lot. The apartment that we stayed in was quite spacious, 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, huge storage available, the second one has 2 separate single beds, also plenty of storage available. A living open space includes a kitchenette that has a microwave oven, an electric hob, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. There is a dining area for 4 persons and a small sofa. Also there is a large fridge freezer, the European style one, not the American one, just to be clear. Pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, all available, so if you decide to be a chef well that might be your chance. The bathroom was clean, with a step free shower, plenty of clean towels available, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. A decent size balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The air conditioning was very good and you can set it up at your preferred temperature more or less and in combination with the window blinds it will create a nice cool climate. Also at each floor there is a utility room where you can wash your clothes which is quite a handy solution if you stay longer. The access to the parking is quite tricky if you are driving a large SUV or a big car but with some practice it should be fine. Overall a nice and comfortable stay, everything that you could need was there. The only drawback was the wi-fi connection, the teenage part of the family will be disappointed, hahaha.
