This comfortable apartment offers tranquillity in a natural environment and is equipped with all modern conveniences, making it the ideal place for a carefree and relaxing holiday close to the sea and nature.
AccommodationApartment 13M features three bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, a spacious living room with fireplace, a modern kitchen and two terraces with dune views. A private parking space with a charging station is included.The apartment spans two floors and has a total living area of approximately 153 m² including terraces. Upon entering, you arrive in a spacious hallway with a separate toilet and an adjacent utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The bright living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a cosy gas fireplace perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine, combi microwave, hob and dishwasher. A dining area adjoins the kitchen, ideal for enjoying meals together.
