Positive: The Mollymook house was well presented and in a good position with lovely view along the beach. Cleanliness of the house was much appreciated. The kitchen / casual living worked well. The outdoor space and garage were good for dogs and it was a bonus to be able to bring them, Unfortunately pool too chilly to be well used by children at the time we were there but great to have.

Negative: * One double bed room should be 2 singles which can be used as double or single room * Back bedroom would be more useful with less complicated layout *Appliances need attention / updating - Stove was not set to work - difficult to read settings and only operated if we set timer - we could not just turn on - Outdoor umbrella which is attractive and essential needed to be tied up to function - quite difficult - A holidayhouse accommodating 10-12 people needs a quick cycle washing machine - not a 2 hour cycle - Coffee machine should be standard capsules - we could not purchase capsules to fit in any of local stores - Fridge with ice maker would be an asset - Toaster also needs checking Hot water service stopped heating but was repaired. All in all practical functioning appliances contribute to ease of holiday especially with larger numbers in the house

Summary: Mollymook is a delightful area for holidaying and the house provided a good base for our family
