Summary: This is a great spot if you are planning on primarily beaching it during your stay in Cadiz. The beach is very nice. Unfortunately our view was obscured by some unplanned construction on the building and we left a day early, but the owners did give us a one night refund and didn't fight us on it. There were a couple of roaches that were there, but I know in these environments they can't be completely avoided and maybe the construction brought them out. The place needs a refurbish. It looks like it was furnished in the 60s and has a grandma feel. With that being said, the kitchen was super nice, it was comfortable, and had plenty of space for us. It was a 2 mile walk into the old town Cadiz, which we didn't mind but we had no idea that we were so far away from the center of things. If you need a large place for the beach, this is a great location.
