»House by the sea 283« Our house has three bedrooms with double or two single beds and can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor is the kitchen, open to the dining room and fully equipped, the living room with fireplace, a bedroom, bathroom and sauna. The bathroom has a spa bath and a separate shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the gallery and a small shower room with toilet.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh), water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) and gas (0.98 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.

Summary: A great location at the very end of ostseebad Baabe. The house is in general nice, but starting to show some signs of wear and tear here and there, which the owner could easily fix for a few hundred €
