Summary: The villa is a perfect combination of historic farmhouse with an attached modern wing. The whole setting is very light and lofty. The interior is of high quality and very modern. Just as shown on the pictures. The general area is between Patrimonio and the vineyards. The views from the property are ok, some industrial sites in the vicinity. The garden provides lots of privacy and space. The pool is huge and the dining table under the trees is magic. The owner was always accessible with just the right level of attention. We visited with two families and enjoyed the villa so much, we found it difficult to get away to see other places. We would love to return.
