THE HOME HAS TWO BEDROOMS, SLEEPS 5 ADULTS in COMFORT. Two sofás in living room have 4 recliners for extra bedding for children or adults if needed.
1. IN ONE BEDROOM YOU HAVE QUEEN SIZED BED AND COMPLETE BATHROOM.
2. OTHER BEDROOM HAS TWO SINGLE BEDS AND COMPLETE BATHROOM.
3. AN ADDITIONAL SINGLE BED IS LOCATED IN THE LIVING ROOM. 4. IN LIVING ROOM THERE ARE 2 SOFAS WITH 2 RECLINERS EACH FOR CHILDREN OR ADULTS IF NEEDED.
4. NO PETS, DOGS-CATS - guard dogs can create conflict with pets.
5. Home has a swimming pool, BBQ & Orchid Terrace with 3 living walls of exotic orchids, bromelia, and ferns. Hot water, well & city water. The home is 75m2, with private covered garage, and electric generator for infrequent emergency power outages. All bath and bed linens provided as well as kithenware, dishware & utensils.
6. Home has a large living room, large flat screen TV, WiFi, Cable TV, Two couches, and desk.
7. Dining room is open to kitchen, has large table seating 8, washer dryer, refrigerator, stove, water heater and all necessary kitchen utensils.
8. Grounds are beautiful, with many orchids, bromeliads, and many exotic flowering plants, and orange, tangerine, mango, mangosteen, avocado, ginnup, papaya, guava, plantain, banana trees.
Enter town El Valle follow the signs to Hotel Campestre on the right northern side of the town. First building as you arrive is the gas station ... a Delta gas station at the Mall. Go past, take the street to your right just past the Hotel Greco which has the large pool. Go a mile then take the left fork at the small Chapel. Go straight a short distance and you will be at the entrance of Hotel Campestre. There..turn left..follow the road along the perimeter of the hotel which then turns right up the street. We are the 2nd home on the left and located just past the turm off to Mata Ahogado road that goes to Altos de Maria and Mata Ahogado. Home has large gates. One pillar says Finca San Antonio & the other Family Garcia Benjamin. Drive in, your cottage is straight ahead.

Summary: It was quiet and secluded. The gardens were amazing. Our accommodations were perfect for us. We did see some birds including a peacock and a toucan but were probably more interested in the plants than the birds. The pool was great. There are a great selection of restaurants and a well stocked grocery store in El Valle as well as lots of things to do even in rainy weather.
