WHAT A VIEW! Our super family home sits on the southern edge of Dartmoor and looks out over the wonderful Devon countryside. Perfectly positioned for the beaches of the English Riviera and the stunning scenery of Dartmoor and only a short drive to the shops of Exeter. Spacious accommodation with large living spaces and generous bedrooms. The front decking looks south to those views and the rear garden offers space to play for the kids. Double glazed, gas heating with a wood burner as well!! The Space: The accommodation comprises large lounge diner, kitchen breakfast room, really handy utility room ( for beach clothes, muddy boots and muddy dog!! ) Downstairs bathroom and upstairs shower room with 4 bedrooms upstairs. Parking to the front. Interaction with Guests: You will have the whole place to yourselves. We use a management company, AirSW, to look after our guests to make sure all goes smoothly. The Neighborhood: We are located in a brilliant area for walking - National trust Parke estate with Riverside walks just a 5 minute walk away. 10 minute drive to Haytor ( iconic Dartmoor beauty spot) and access to the whole of Dartmoor National Park, 20 minute drive to Teignmouth (safe sandy beach with promenade and pier). Numerous idyllic walks nearby. Bovey Tracey has 3 good pubs - 2 serving good pub grub daily. It is a bit of a centre for crafts :- Devon Guild of Crafts exhibition space and shop for exquisite hand crafted items, a thriving specialist wool shop and a Patchwork Quilting fabric centre. House of Marbles to see glass blowing in action and their giant marble run is a source of endless interest for children.
