Located near to St John's City (7 minutes drive), International Airport (10 minutes drive) and Beaches (15 minutes drive). Master Bedroom has ensuite bathroom and walk in closet plus patio. Beach towels also included. Welcome to my home! Originally built and designed as my forever home. But life had different plans for me pre pandemic. I hope you are able to enjoy my space as I have in the past. Short walk to entry stairs. Must lift bags. Located close to final approach path for airplanes. Located close to an elementary school.

Summary: Overall summary, let's talk about it getting to this location. If you're not comfortable with driving, this may not be the spot for you, but if you like quiet serene an amazing view with nice breeze being close to local eateries. This is the spot for you. I even went out for a walk in these hills and it is a good workout. From time to time there was a little bit of traffic, but being from where i'm from. It was nothing. But overall, for me, the house was great parking excellent. The kitchen utensils can be updated and maybe the ice maker in the freezer fixed. I needed ice lol. And i would love to stay again.
