Off road parking for 2 cars. Golf course at nearby St Mellion. Next door to the site is a donkey park open Feb half term up to and inc Oct, with other animals and which is also dog friendly and has a cafe. 15 min walk from Gunnislake Railway Station. Historic sites such as Calstock Viaduct also within easy reach along with a 19th-century watermill. Approx a 10 min drive to Callington for large supermarkets etc. Note: Due to the balcony children must be supervised at all times.
