Positive: Great access to the beach and fish restaurants. About 9min walk to the old town. We walked further to join the Maria Del Mar beach because the local Ka Caleta beach was overcrowded and looked a bit dirty. Air-conditioning in all rooms.

Negative: The floor was not clean at all with beach sand and dirt under foot. There were no chopping boards and the staff (despite promises) too 2 1/2 days to deliver one from tge apartment next door). There was no bath mat and the shower leaked all over the floor. We were told that Mika would be there to check us out at midday, but again, she did not turn up! Parking is not easy.

Summary: A good apartment that should be better. Clearly run by a company that doesn’t have a handle on their staff. Dirty and
