Positive: Everything about our stay was wonderful, but I especially want to commend the staff—particularly those at the restaurant—for their exceptional attentiveness, kindness, cheerful attitude and warmth. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were incredibly sweet to my daughters (ages 4 and 7), treating them with genuine care. It truly made our experience extra special.

Negative: We had a fantastic stay with absolutely no complaints! I do want to mention, however, that while the beach in front of the hotel isn't ideal for swimming most of the time, it's still a beautiful spot with breathtaking views—perfect for long walks, relaxing, or even enjoying a free "spa treatment" with the amazing natural mud. When the tide is high, you can go for a swim, and when it’s low, kids can enjoy fun activities like horse rides along the shore. There are also some incredible swimming beaches nearby, easily accessible by boat or car, so you’re not limited at all. That said, the hotel itself is so stunning, with such a peaceful, laid-back vibe, that you could easily skip the beach altogether and still have an amazing, relaxing experience. It's the perfect place to disconnect and unwind.
