Almond Barn is a unique property situated in the quiet village of Nutbourne, just a short distance from Chichester and Goodwood. The Scandi style barn is surrounded by outstanding natural beauty and is only a 5 minute walk from the sea. The house offers a fabulous range of facilities both indoor and out with a luxury outdoor entertaining area which has a hydro pool, BBQ , gas fire pit, and an outdoor cinema.

Enter the property and be instantly met with a beautiful skylight guiding the way to our luxury kitchen and open plan dining/living area. The kitchen has been created with the aspiring chef in mind, it is fully equipped with the very best Gaggnea appliances, a large sub-zero fridge/freezer, boiling water tap and a large island to prepare the meal of your dreams. Infact, you may have seen the kitchen on TV as it has been rented out for cooking programs in the past.
The polished concrete floor is heated and expands the whole of the ground floor level, keeping those toes warm as you walk around the house.
There is plenty of space for dining and entertaining both inside and out.
Our 'snug area' offers a cosy corner to stop and read a book, play a board game or to enjoy a movie with bose surround sound, Sky Q, access to Netflix and other streaming services.
There are five bedrooms, two with en-suites, each sleeping two people so can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
There are three bathrooms and two toilets split across both floors of the property, giving privacy to all guests.
There are washing and drying facilities in our utility room, located at the front of the house. This also doubles up as our 'dog room' with wet room facilities to wash your wet dog after a muddy walk through the fields to the sea! We only accept one well behaved dog per group staying.
Whether you fancy yourself as a bit of a bird watcher or just enjoy taking in nature, then our garden has plenty to offer you. You can watch the herions fishing in the stream just adjacent to the garden or looking out for our resident barn owl hunting in our back field.
The superb garden also offers a large trampoline, kids play area with swings and a magical castle with an outlook post at the top.
Finally if you want to explore the local area, there are a huge range of activities from local walks to the river, sea and country pubs to Alpaca walking in the South Downs and we are just a short car journey to Goodwood and all it has to offer.
Guests will have access to the whole house and grounds with secure private parking for up to 5 cars.
