Summary: Coming from the US, I wasn't sure where to even begin my search for places to stay while in England. The first rule was that it had to be out and about, not in any large towns and certainly not in cities. After wandering around the internet, I stumbled upon Cornerstone Cottage and jumped at the chance to be in a cottage out in the Cotswolds. Booked it for five nights as the central piece of our trip and I sure am glad that I did. The entire property was inviting, charming, and cozy. The outdoor patio is beautiful, secluded, and inviting and the cottage itself is entirely a pleasure to be in. The bed is comfortable and we slept very well, indeed. It is located close to downtown Chipping Campden which is really convenient. It was a blessing to find Cornerstone and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Hated to leave. Oh, one piece of advice to future users--watch your head upstairs--low ceiling and beams. I conked myself several times. But that's on me, not the Cottage! :)
