The town house is based over three floors with the sitting room, dining area, kitchen and utility area being on the ground floor, two bedrooms, the family bathroom and separate WC and washbasin on the second floor and the wonderfully light loft room is on the third floor. Cornish Pearl comes with its own private car parking space that is directly opposite the house and is very accessible
Accommodation consists of living space with comfortable seating for adults and children. There is a TV/ Smart DVD player with Netflix and other apps, gas fire.
