Summary: This was a lovely place to stay at, your Owen cottage within a quinta. The premises have a wonderful pool you share with the other guests, chickens, places to play... The cottage has everything you need, and it's a quiet place. Jorge was a great, cobsiderate host and even helped us get a medical appointment quickly for our daughter when we needed one. Our kids were afraid of the dogs at first but got used to them with time (Jorge also offered to lock the dogs in while we were there). There is a wonderful, laid back Café to eat at a few metres down the road, and Jorge had tips for river beaches that were just beautiful. We had one of our best experiences ever with this accomodation, and the north of Portugal is beautiful, so i can only recommend this place.
