Positive: The bedroom is spatious and looks modernly equipped. The apartment is located in a neighbourhood of socialist blocks about 25 minutes ride from the city centre and has a bus stop next to it. It is on the third floor and there is no lift.

Negative: The apartment did not meet the minimum standards of cleanliness, therefore in this category I would rate it 2 out of 10. There was an annoying stain on the taburet, an the sheets had some stains too. There were a piece of rubbish and a screw on the rug in the bedroom, and also a hairball in the entrance hall. One of the pots in the kitchen was not sufficiently clean for cooking and had to be washed better first. There was no hot water in the ktichen. The soap bottle in the bathroom did not work, so I had to pour out the soap each time. The main issue of this apartment, however, is the bath, which has no plastic or glass wall. You have to sit in it when showering, but because the stream has to be set to pretty strong for the shower to work, the whole floor of the bathroom gets completely wet each time when you shower. Because of the water spraying all around from the shower it is also impossible to shower your neck without getting your hair wet too every time. The toilet, which is separate from the bathroom, had an unpleasant smell, and it was stained. The kitchen does not have a proper table and you have to put your plates on a shelf that serves as an improvised table. There is also no TV but this is not an issue. The apartment looks pretty cheap with all the plastic plants and ornaments on the walls that are not hanging straight. The owner sent a lady to welcome me; I arrived at 18.00, and she came five minutes later, right after her work. It seems to me that there would have been a problem if I arrived earlier because no self-check is available, although it is technically possible.
