Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This location is super central. The farmers market (fruit, fish, veggies, eggs). The kitchen is big and available for cooking with a few refrigerators. There is a nice veggie buffet for 45k almost next to the hostel. Near the banks. Next to the bus station and other transport companies. Close enough to the mall and beach. Next to the lake. The ladies at the property are super friendly and are enthusiastic to help out with everything. I think this place has a lot of potential. There are lots of tables and even work desks with office chairs on the 1st floor. The air conditioner works well, just needs a bit of time to start going. If the place is empty (and at the time of writing it was fairly empty even on the busiest day of the week - Saturday), you might get a free upgrade to an individual room. Internet was pretty good. I think this place could be a good co-working place. It already has a lot of the furniture for it. Just needs a little a organizing & air-condition on the first floor.

Negative: The room does not have any locks, so it can be worrisome to leave your things. The door to the building gets locked after around 21:00, so you might need to contact the landlord lady to get you in/out after hours. I would recommend cleaning the floors and surfaces at least once a week, it's a bit dusty in the room. I am sure the ladies would do it if asked. I just needed a place for half a day, so I did not bother.
