Positive: Spacious, comfortable house with 2 bathrooms and one separate toilet. More than enough cups and plates, so you do not have to put the dishwasher on before it is full. 1 bedroom downstairs with bathroom with shower and sink and 2 big bedrooms upstairs with the second bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks and toilet. Terrace with 6 normal and 2 more comfortable chairs. Only 20/30 minutes (2,3 km from the house)walk to the beach through the dunes over a nice hilly path or a flat paved one. With a bicycle even faster. No normal cars can drive to the beach here. Only handicapped persons. Supermarkt 200 meters. More shops in Callantsoog, 6km

Negative: The garden was enclosed (nice for dogs and small kids). Garden is mainly in the shadows. No morning or evening sun gets in the house which makes it a bit dark.
