Positive: The property is perched. As a result, the view (from the front and the back terrace) is amazing. It is also extremely quiet but you can still enjoy some nice vibes coming from the area at certain times, like the cruising ships sounding their horns when leaving Antigua or some Caribbean music played somewhere in Five Islands Village on a Sunday afternoon. The flat itself is brand new (actually I was told I was the first guest), very comfortable (particularly the bed), very well equipped and spotless. It has a huge bathroom with spectabular views! Since the flat is uphill and well ventilated, you can enjoy a nice breeze without having to use (as a European) the aircon, which is nonetheless available and working perfectly. There is a laundry area available for the three units. The flat is close to very nice beaches. However, it is recommendable to have a car. And the hosts will do it all for you, from pre-ordering your local driver licence (you need one in Antigua) to picking you up from/dropping you at the airport and providing you with a more than very decent car. Last but not least, the hosts, Eloise and Gerry, are just amazing people continuously doing their utmost to make sure you feel happy and enjoy your stay... and this is priceless.
