A beautiful villa with balcony views over beach houses, towards the sea. A quiet retreat, perfect for 4, but with space for up to two more on the sofa bed downstairs. Enjoy uninterrupted soft sounds of the sea whilst you sip your morning coffee on the terrace, or enjoy a quiet evening as the sky changes colour before you with the stunning Antiguan sunsets.
The villa is just a stone's throw away from North Beach (or 2 minutes walk!), and an ~8 minute golf buggy ride to the hub of the harbour, where you will find charming restaurants from around the world. South Beach's inviting beach bar, Bodog (previously Castaways) is a friendly and typically Caribbean beach bar and restaurant to while away the hours with loungers and umbrellas on the beach.
We provide umbrellas and portable sun loungers and beach chairs for the quieter North Beach, close to the villa.
The villa has been upgraded and renovated and is full of Caribbean charm, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Each bedroom is en-suite, with a super king in the master and double in the second bedroom.
There is a golf course, gym and tennis courts within Jolly Harbour.
Whilst a car is not necessary, you will need a golf buggy to get to the shops/restaurants/tennis courts/golf course/Castaways beach bar. We can organise that for you, as well as helping with taxi to and from the airport, if required. We have two bicycles for guest use.

Our minimum stay is 5 days, but please do check in as we may be able to accommodate special requests, although the price will differ.
Covid19 Testing - we are making it easy for you to get back to the UK/US after your vacation. Covid testing can be done at the villa. You do not need to leave to do a test. Our house doctor administers either rapid or PCR testing at a cost of US$250 per person. Rapid test results within 30 minutes. PCR results within 72 hours of testing from the hospital lab.
