Exclusive newly built country house on Fehmarn. The property consists of a main house, a spacious sauna house, garage for bicycles, carport and various terraces. The garden is approx. 2,700 square metres and offers plenty of space. It has an attractive mixture of old trees as well as newly planted trees, perennial beds, flower meadow and typical Fehmarnian bent plants. For the little ones, there is a large sandpit incl. things to dig in in front of the sauna terrace, the spacious terraces incl. fire bowl in front of the living area are equipped with sun loungers, large tables and chairs as well as an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink. A boules court invites you to play. The large sauna house with a view and access into the garden is designed for approx. 8 people. 4 rocking chairs, service station with refrigerator, a large shower area with rain shower, splash shower and Kneipp hose are available. The house is a holiday dream with all comforts. It is very exclusive and individually built and equipped with all imaginable extras. All bathrooms have underfloor heating, heated towel rails and washbasins made by a carpenter. The large glass fronts throughout the house allow for a spacious view and a very special living feeling, especially as the living and dining area opens up to the roof. In the utility room, guests have access to a washing machine and dryer. For the little ones there is a changing unit, cot, high chairs, baby bath, potty, toilet seat, a fall-out protection for 2 beds and children's dishes.
