Our villa has a great location in Las Cumbres Elviria at only 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of Marbella, overlooking the sea and the mountains.
Great for families with a fenced plot, a fenced pool and 4 bedrooms offering space and tranquility.
Imagine yourself sunbathing yourself at the terrace or enjoying the shade in a hammock, while the kids play in the pool or in the children’s play area.
Or cooking your meal in the outside kitchen or making a BBQ in the huge BBQ area.
Or watching the beautiful sunset with views at Gibraltar and watching the lights of Marbella and Puerto Banus at night!
It is all possible in this Andalucian family villa in Elviria, Marbella. We lived ourselves in this villa, but we recently started to rent it out (long and short term) to nice guests who like to enjoy the beauty of this peaceful environment.
The villa was refurbished and painted summer 2017 and got new airco, painting, bedding and partly new furniture. In 2019 a completely NEW KITCHEN (consisting of Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Freezer and Refrigerator) was installed.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, perfect for 6 adults and 2 children (max 12 years and on request 1 extra baby bed, baby chair). 2,5 bathrooms, an completely fitted inside and outside kitchen. A big living room with children’s play area and a big outside playground for the kids. Off course there is a separate room with wash machine and dryer.

in 2019 new Fiber Optic High speed internet was installed and a new TV with IPTV also. This means you can watch around 300 TV channels (including sports and children) from the UK, Germany, Belgium and Holland.

To top it off, there is a separate sauna and different terraces, so you can always have either sun or shade, what ever you prefer.
The location is great, only 1km to the beach (15 min walk) and the shops and 500m to restaurants and bars.
Due to it's elevated position, you have complete privacy and great views to sea and mountains, but it also means you have to climb about 15 stairs to get to the Villa. Inside the whole villa is on one level.

Summary: We hebben echt genoten. We waren met 2 gezinnen (vier kinderen, leeftijden: 6,4 en 1). Huis was echt heel erg fijn. Met onze gehuurde auto konden we elke dag wel leuke uitstapjes maken in de buurt. Enige wat ik zou willen zeggen is dat sommige dingen in het huis wat verouderd zijn. Als deze zouden worden vervangen / opgeknapt zou het de ervaring nét even compleet maken. En voor de kinderen zou het fijn zijn als er iets van een traphekje aan beide kanten van het terras zou zijn. Dan kun je ze daar loslaten zonder bang te zijn dat ze in hun eentje de trappen af gaan. Verder echt helemaal relaxed!!
