Large family home, ideal for a relaxing stay as there are no close neighbors.
We are staying there as a family with 4 couples because it has 4 beautiful double bedrooms and a dormitory for up to 6 children.
Completely renovated in 2019, it is composed of a large fully equipped kitchen of 30 m2, with a large country table for 10 people, a spacious air-conditioned living room with fireplace and breathtaking view of the maquis, two double bedrooms (Epeda 160 bedding from 2019) and a spacious bathroom with corner with washer-dryer.
Upstairs two double bedrooms (epeda 140 bedding from 2019), a children's dormitory consisting of two bunk beds (6 beds 90) and a bathroom.
The one hectare plot consists mainly of scrub, but also a large orchard.
There is a space under two mulberry trees at the entrance to the house, with a garden table for lunch in the shade and deckchairs for a siesta.
The house is 10 min by car from Sartène and shops (bakery, butcher, market, supermarket, pharmacy) and 10 min from Tizzano station which is still relatively uncrowded.
The port of Ajaccio is an hour and a half away, that of Propriano 20 minutes.
Figari airport is 45 min.
The house is ideally located for exploring the Gulf of Valinco and visiting the exceptional sites of Cauria (20 min), Roccapina (30 min) or Bonifacio (1 hour) and the Bavella needles (50 min).
