Positive: We had to stay in Konz for three weeks. Since an apart would be more comfortable, we searched accordingly and chose this place based on the reviews. There are two spacious rooms on separate floors and many household items one might need during a stay.

Negative: There is no air conditioning. The first week was very hot, and staying on the upper floor — which is the attic — was impossible. There are no insect screens on the windows, so as soon as you open them, various bugs come in. Even when the weather normalized, it was still difficult to sleep because the small window makes the room stuffy even at 23–25°C. The Wi-Fi is very weak, constantly disconnects, and gives a “not secure” warning. Bed linen and towel changes are done only once a week at the earliest, which was very challenging in the heat. Although items such as soap and toilet paper are listed among the supplies provided by the facility, we were told they were only provided at the beginning and we had to supply them ourselves afterward — although they did give us a little extra. No cleaning is done. We requested a vacuum cleaner and cleaned the place ourselves. If the listed amenities are only provided at the beginning, if there is no cleaning service, and if bed linen and towels are changed only weekly, then these things should be clearly stated in the description. In summary, it may be fine for a 3–5 day stay, but I would not recommend it for longer stays.

Summary: It didn’t quite meet our expectations, but we managed.
