Summary: Abstellraum für Fahrräder ist vorhanden nun wenn die 2 Parkplätze besetzt sind kommt man nicht rein oder raus. Dazu sind auch div. alte Fahrräder abgestellt die nicht mehr nutzbar sind. Ansonsten ist der Gesamteindruck okay.
