Summary: Unsatisafactory stay. I was disappointed that FV had removed car parking for guests, however, the car park entry was always crowded and problematic. Was a quick 2-3 min walk to offset parking in Agnes St (though metered parking). Check in was via the convenience shop across the road - strange, but easy. Apartment was good in size - kitchen had very limited tablewear and crockery. Only provided with x 3 very flat pillows (requested additional though not provided). There was no seating or table available on the winter balcony which was disappointing. Bedroom had no bed side lamps and TV located in loungeroom only. The underside and rim of the coffee table had not been cleaned in a long time - there was a lot of mould evident. The bathroom and laundy were dusty and attention to detail needed on the shower recess and edges - filthy. No information was provided re amentities (had to look up) and WIFI complex and poor.
