Positive: For a stay near Karlsruhe it's a very good place. In 10 minutes one is in the main city. Still a bakery and little shop is in walking distance for a breakfast. Very good price for the value. Modern house, very well equipped for e-cars and cyclist.

Negative: All good,. We could see what we was paying for.
