Located 25 km northeast of Mont de Marsan, in the Landes d'Armagnac region, this village is a 13th-century fortified town steeped in history. On the edge of the Landes forest, 1 km from the village with its amenities, and the sea and mountains are a 1.5-2 hour drive away, your hosts await you to introduce you to the Gascon way of life. In this former farmhouse, the Mouta families lived for many years from their flock of sheep, their work as stone cutters, working the land, and cultivating vines. The large Mouta house, spread over the ground floor and upper floor, has recently been restored to welcome you for peaceful holidays throughout the year, with family, friends, or for business. The ground floor offers a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, and oven. A spacious living room with a view of the Airial, Wi-Fi and television, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a children's office/bedroom with a cot.
