Positive: It is a very nice location in the north of the Netherlands; it is in an industrial area and is far from the neighbors, so it is good if you have loud family and friends. Good house space, a good backyard for barbecue, and the pool and the sauna are the highlights of the house. by the way, it has a nice big fridge.

Negative: Overall cleanliness; the house has a strange shower that runs every 15 seconds. If the owners would paint the walls in a light color, it would make the house more attractive, but maybe the dark wall colors are to hide the mold that we could smell. Additionally, there are a lot of mirrors that are not needed, mainly in the pool area, that are old and degrading.

Summary: okay place but has a great space for improvements
