116m² on one level. A large open room of 42m2: kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. Kitchen equipped with gas cooker with 5 fires, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge with TV, DVD / CD + free WiFi. 2 double bedrooms have separate en suite shower rooms with shower and toilet. 2 further bedrooms (1 double and 1 with 2 beds of 90) + third large bathroom with shower, bath, sink and 3rd toilet. Wooden crib, baby bed linen, high chair, baby bath available. 2 folding baby beds on request. Linens provided.
OUTSIDE
The pool area is fenced with security gates. Swimming pool with salt and heated (9x4.5m). 2 large terraces lined with a flower garden. On the downstairs, by the pool, you will find a barbecue for outdoor dinners. Each terrace has an eight-seater table. Playground for small, swings. Parking for 4 cars on the property.
LOCATION
In the countryside, just 10 minutes east of the medieval village of Najac and its 13th century castle. The house is on the edge of the charming village of St-André-de-Najac where you will find a very good restaurant (Relais Mont Le Viaur), a grocery store, post office. Gîte Le Combal is ideally located for sightseeing (Cordes-Sur-Ciel, Najac, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, Penne, Bruniquel, Albi, Gaillac - vineyards, Villefranche-de-Rouergue and the Gorges de l'Aveyron ).
Saint-André-de-Najac: Relais Mont le Viaur is an old farmhouse converted into a hotel / restaurant / grocery store. The grocery store sells all the essentials as well as fresh bread, vegetables, a good selection of local wines and cheeses. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner traditional cuisine of the region. The restaurant and grocery store are only a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk!
La Fouillade: All shops: - Intermarché with a gas station (24/24 self-service), store-cheese, pharmacy. We also recommend the butcher and bakery in the village center and those of Laguépie (pretty village in the south). These two villages are less than 10 minutes by car. At 20 minutes, there is a choice of supermarkets at the bastide of Villefranche de Rouergue with its local market on Thursday.

Quercy-Rouergue in the west of Aveyron is a natural region a little hidden. Our village is in the middle of very diverse landscapes. Clean rivers, deep valleys, gorges, meadows, vineyards, arid rocky plateaus, dense woods and beautiful caves are nearby. Medieval villages, bastides, lively markets, castles and abbeys testify to the history of this wild and beautiful region.
Najac: The medieval village has long been considered "one of the most beautiful villages in France". Medieval Bastide, it contains a magnificent fortress, craft shops, cafes and restaurants. We recommend you to walk in the ancient streets and climb up to the tower of the fortress from where you will have a fabulous panorama of the village.

St André de Najac: Hiking or biking (mountain biking) in the woods by small rural roads, mini-golf and tennis. Lagarde-Viaur 2km from the cottage for climbing, fishing or swimming in the Viaur. We recommend the AAGAC in Najac for: Rental and outings of mountain biking, tree climbing for all ages, climbing and canoeing. The AAGAC is located in the campsite 'Le Païsserou' in Najac in the valley below the castle.
