Positive: Location was great, the terrace offers a nice view. Staff was great.

Negative: Breakfast is.. barely passable. It has variety, but in general very little taste, small portions. They were mounting a pergola on the terrace late into the night, and it was VERY audible. The rooms were declared soundproof - it is simply not true. You could hear whispers from the hallway without issues. Rooms are much smaller than advertised by my guesstimate. Showers are wonky, and without a door, and even though I tried to be careful, most of the floor ended up wet. I would recommend some minimal investment to fix up facilities, and it would be lovely.
