Lofty, architecturally designed, newly renovated apartment featuring a long, south facing balcony with superb uninterrupted views over grand gardens and vine-covered hills. Situated in a prestigious, quiet area of the town; the markets, restaurants and shops are but a few steps away. It lies adjacent to where the famous Spanish civil war poet , Antonio Machado lived. The Mediterranean is only 100 metres walk from your door step, offering a choice of three swimming beaches.
The apartment is part of a grand maison that is now divided into four apartments. You enter through a foyer leading to a grand sweeping staircase and ascend two flights of steps to this second floor apartment. It has the advantage of high ceilings that enables incorporation of a low headroom, sleeping loft.
There are two double bedrooms with high ceilings and open onto individual balconies with a view to the sea. There is a mezzanine sleeping loft with two single beds with easy access via a staircase.
