Only a 4 minute walk to the Golden Beach foreshore and a short walk to the Golden Beach shopping precinct, restaurants and cafes. Our property has air conditioning and fans throughout for your comfort, along with a spacious rear all weather entertaining deck (complete with BBQ) and smaller front verandah. The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Gull Cottage is equipped with a spacious bathroom with generous vanity, shower, and toilet. A second internal guest toilet is also situated in the laundry room. The laundry has a front loading washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs. The open plan dining and lounge area is comfortably furnished with a bright, airy, beachy vibe! Please Note:the Cottage that it is not suitable for caravans or large boats (anything over 12ft), due to the shared driveway. Features: Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Stroller and high chair are available for guest use. Well-behaved Outside pet can be accommodated in Gull Cottage's fully-fenced backyard.
