Summary: Excellent location for exploring Brussels. No reception area so feels more like bar with rooms than a hotel. Unable to access rooms via stairs,only small lift, so felt a little unsafe. Doors to rooms left unlocked or open after cleaning. Breakfast served in small cramped bar so we didn't use even though we'd paid, don't add breakfast to stay & go to the excellent cafe across the road. But beds were comfy, showers warm & rooms spacious. So an ok stay overall
