The compact house was built 1906 and has been lovingly and lavishly renovated 2002 according to ecological guidelines. It combines a historical ambience with modern comfort in an unique way and is situated right next to a large, beautiful garden with fruit trees and a natural swimming pond (10x3 meters). The pool is shared with the holiday property next door (see property 8412171 "Landmark house near Munich city). Additionally, the cottage has it's own private small garden with a spacious terrace available for al-fresco dining, sunbathing or just unwinding.

Summary: Sabeeka made our stay absolutely perfect! She guided us to the train station and helped to ensure that we were easily able to travel to Munich and Old Town. She and her son provided guidance for the Oktoberfest- we were in Hofbrauhaus Beer Garden for the official beer tap for 2024. SO FUN!!
