The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry dock (e.g. passenger/bike ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 m² inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 m² sandy lawn directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties).
The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry landing stage and starting point for guided mudflat walks is about 800 metres away.
