Dream house right by the harbour and the beach
This Swedish house is only 200 metres from the sandy beach, the only sandy beach on Rügen facing south, with sunshine from early in the morning until late in the evening, in the German region with the most hours of sunshine.
The dream house is ideal for four people, but can accommodate up to six people. It has a completely new built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, four-ring ceramic hob, an oven and all the basics. There is also a very beautifully fitted bathroom with a shower. The big bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with a double bed (with two single mattresses each 90 x 200cm), while the small bedroom on the ground floor has a bunk bed (80 x 200cm). It is possible for two further guests to sleep on the sofa bed (160 x 200cm) in the living room, which is prettily and comfortably furnished. There is also a lovely big conservatory. A flatscreen TV and stereo system are provided.
Maximum one pet is allowed on request.
Enjoy the giant garden of around 650m² with terraces. It mature trees, with some big pine trees, and its park-like layout give it a special flair. You can sunbathe undisturbed. It also has a garden shed, where loungers and cushions for garden furniture are stored. You can also store e.g. sports equipment there.
There is a grocery shop, where you can also buy fresh rolls in the morning, just 100 metres from the house. Whether you are by the harbour or on the beach, you always have a view of the fabulous world-heritage silhouette of the old Hanseatic town of Stralsund. There is a sailing and surfing school by the beach in the harbour. You can also hire boats there and go fishing. Altefähr has two pretty beach promenades, one of which is wooden and runs right along the beach and waterfront. You can hire canopy beach chairs by the beach house. There are also good restaurants. There are a volleyball court and a children's playground by the beach, historical houses and cycling and walking paths past beaches and fields. There is also a climbing park in the forest by the Kurpark.
