Positive: Literally 25 minutes in all directions to find something interesting to do. The village is nicely equipped to and the cottage is located in the middle of it. The cottage had a very nice vibe to it . I always looked forward to getting back to the cottage after a day of exploring and putting my feet up . Felt instantly relaxed when we stepped in. The building has character to. Located almost next to the pub , and except for a barrel delivery, barely no noise coming from it.

Negative: Living room a little dark at night as theres no large light. Light switch on the wall but isn't attached to anything . A little bit noisy first thing in the mornings outside the house . Obviously the hosts can't help the noise, so its no reflection on them or the cottage, just my experience.

Summary: Pleasant, relaxing, beautiful house. Struck it lucky with this one.
