Positive: Good space. Well designed kitchen. Pleasing lounge and dining areas.

Negative: The agent didn’t arrive to let us in. We had indicated arriving between 14.00 and 15.00. We arrived at 14.50. Waited outside perplexed. Got no reply to our 5 phone calls. Received a written message from the agent saying “ it’s 15.11 we are at the property waiting for you but you are not here” Replied we are at the property and you are the ones not here” We were finally let in at 15.30. No apology. Asked why we didn’t phone, showed the agent the number we were given. “You won’t get a reply from them in under two days” she said. Wrong telephone number given. We waited a full 40 minutes. The welcome was non existent. She made no attempt to explain anything in English. Rushed through the instructions for the oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. It’s all self explanatory she added. She simply didn’t want to be disturbed by us. We booked the whole house but we’re under strict instructions not to use the second bedroom. The shower is awkward to use and not a pleasant experience. The agent failed to tell us the coffee machine didn’t function properly. When I told her she already knew. The bin doesn’t close hence if the window is open it attracts flies. The bed is most certainly too small for comfort. Utter shame as the property is well renovated with some outstanding features.

Summary: Let down by uniterested agent.
