Summary: The hotel is very central, and in walking distance to the big severities in Brussels. At first glance the room and hotel looks stylish and sleek. However, there were several things that detracted from the experience. First, our room had a view into the Gallery, which was beautiful, but meant that we could hear everyone walking in the Gallery at night. A lot of people yelling and signing loudly until 5 in the morning, with no sound isolation. You could also hear people walking in the hallway at all times, and in the neighboring room. When our neighbours went to the bathroom at night, it sounded as if someone was inside our room. I have never experienced anything like this before. Secondly, the bathroom was not totally clean. There were coffee spills on the wall and the toilet was dirty when we got there. Thirdly, I found to big to nails in the sheets after room service had made our beds. It was not ours. Some kind workers in the reception, gave us earpods to try to sleep. Still, this hotel disappointed us in quality and cleanliness. Would not recommend spending your money on this hotel, when the standard is a lot higher in other hotels.
