Positive: Next to train station, air conditioned, quiet., clean, large room, 3 comfortable beds, elevator,allowed us to drop off luggage early before checking in later that day. Very good breakfast was included

Negative: Floors in hallway uneven. Stubbed toe, but not badly.

Summary: Nice stay especially for catching train to airport
