Summary: 1. Air conditioning was not cooling - room was stuffy. Feedback to the male receptionist and he was insolent in his response to the point of telling customer off that we just have to accept the condition. He was totally unhelpful. 2. Bathroom shower gel not replenished. 3. TV not working.
